Abby is an experienced executive leading mission-driven and nonprofit organizations, relying on her deep expertise in leadership and program development and a proven ability to drive organizational growth and impact through developing transparent, collaborative teams.
As co-founder of MELD, she guides leaders and managers as they turn big visions into skills, processes, and systems that bring their goals to life. She is an impactful facilitator and trainer in staff development, retreats and planning sessions, and staffing assessments.
Abby is also a beloved workshop leader and trainer of executive leaders, rising leaders, and mid-level and first-time managers. She designs and facilitates innovative programs and convenings that engage individuals, strengthen collaboration, and elevate the missions of diverse organizations.
Marcy Orchard, Co-Founder, MELD
For three decades, Marcy has helped leaders build stronger teams and create workplaces where people can do their best work. Her experience spans tech startups and global organizations, giving her a practical perspective on the challenges leaders face at every stage of growth.
She brings deep expertise in leadership coaching, talent strategy, performance management, culture, and employee engagement. What she loves most is helping leaders find approaches that actually work.
