MELD’s Management Fundamentals is a six-module live online program for new and developing managers. Each module pairs a 90-minute session with real-world practice and a follow-up workshop.
This creates management training that actually sticks: Learn it. Use it with your team. Come back and refine it with a small cohort and an expert trainer. And then… come back as much as you’d like for 12 months.

Our learning modules focus on proven best practices, easy-to-implement frameworks, preparation worksheets, and ready-to-use scripts.
Participants will apply their learnings immediately through specific, actionable, practice assignments each month.
After several weeks of practice, participants return to the Workshop Session of the module to share experiences, further their learning and ability to apply skills, and ensure what they are learning and practicing actually sticks.
Because management is a skill that needs to be developed over time, the workshops for each module are open to participants for a full 12 months.
